Extremely durable Labels

We use a special imported materials which is a high performance material that is extremely durable and reliable, with its combination of electrical, thermal, chemical resistance, it is able to withstand extreme temperatures and other harsh environments.

By equipping with silicone adhesive, our label can withstand high temperature up to 200℃ and can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue.

With low flammability and dielectric strength up to 5.2 KV, our label is a product that can be used in a wide range of industries.

It is dimensionally stable, provides long term durability at temperatures in excess of 250°C and is resistant to a wide variety of harsh chemicals. we also offers excellent puncture resistance and high dielectric breakdown and is widely used for tracking labels and tags, masking and bonding tapes and flexible substrates in the aerospace, electronics, medical and metal processing industries.

High Durability

Next generation coatings resist abrasion, do not soften or yellow and withstand the harshest, highly active fluxes (ORH1). The aggressive pressure sensitive adhesives are specifically formulated to remain firmly affixed to PCBs and components through wave solder, reflow and high pressure washes. The performance of label materials have been tested and approved by leading flux makers including Alpha Metals and Kestor, and cleaner makers including Kyzen and Zestron.

High Resolution

High-gloss materials are designed specifically for printing high resolution 600 dpi thermal transfer printing. The XF-528 (1 mil) and XF-529 (2 mil) top coats provide up to 25% higher gloss values than competitive materials. This provides greater ink contact and adhesion plus produces more uniform 2D barcode cells with sharper edges. The coatings provide high whiteness values for increased contrasts and improved verification accuracies in less than ideal lighting conditions.

ESD Safe

ESD-Safe™ label materials help protect ESD sensitive devices and have proven to be valuable tools in helping reduce the occurrence of electrostatic discharge in ANSI/ESD and JEDEC Control Plans. The materials comply with the latest ANSI/ESD S20.20 and JEDEC JESD625B standards for process required charged insulators used in the proximity of ESD sensitive devices.

Flame Retardant

flame retardant label materials use FlameGard technology in the formulation of their PSAs and top coats. The labels are either recognized or tested to the UL94 VTM0 standard, tested to the FAR 25.853 and BSS 7238/7239 aerospace flammability, smoke and toxicity standards and/or tested to the FMVSS 302 automotive burn test.
